OK...I'm new to all this, so what are these events like?
Don't worry...we won't make you eat a live chicken on your first visit! 
Hey, POF parties are without pressure...come, relax, enjoy, meet some great people and maybe even one or two not so great people
Here's how we roll: show up at the club and pay your fee at the door! Look for the POF sign up table which is usually decorated with fish (not live ones, mind you, although that has been suggested). You can sign in or not sign in (we don't twist your arm, however, we would prefer if you would write your name on our fancy piece of paper.) and then you can wear a name tag or not wear a name tag (again, no arm twisting here, but if you opt for a name tag, more people will recognize you as part of the POF group! What you write on the name tag is entirely up to you---actual first name or profile name is recommended-- as is name tag placement!)
Inside the Yucatan there are pool tables, dart boards, several tables with chairs, a small but adequate dance floor, an excellent deejay who also host karaoke, and lots of fun people! Outside the Yucatan there are several sand volleyball courts, several tables and chairs, a small but adequate swimming pool and lots of fun people.
You'll have a blast!!!!

Honestly speaking though..... We have a blast wherever we go.. We are a very fun group of people.... and believe me...... we are never short on laughter and fun.....
So many first time POF'ers have came to the parties that we have hosted and I now call them repeat offenders because they had such a blast their first time that they came, that they keep coming back!!!
So we are excited that this will be your first event with us.. I hope you are looking forward to having some fun and meeting new people... and having the opportunity to possibly meet that special someone.. Always expect the unexpected... because you never know??????

Also the DJ doesnt start playing until about 9ish so you will have a hour to mingle while you hear light music in the back ground!
