1 1/2 pounds ground beef 3/4 cup ketcup 1/4 t salt 2T brown sugar 2T mustard 2T vinager 2T Worcestershire sauce Chopped/grated onion to taste ( i dont like the mouth feel of onion so i use onion powder)
1Cook meat slowly in skillet with salt and onion. 2Drain 3.Add all remaining ingrediants 4Let simmer for at least an hour, stirring from time to time, to let meat absorb the sauce. 5Serve on toasted hamburger buns | |
