Why does this appetizer make me horny? Good question...

Top brie with port reduction, fresh mashed blackberries, and a hint of flaked chili.

Bake at 350F to desired creaminess, remove from oven and serve with cranberry almond crackers, your favourite red wine, and sauce yourself as neccessary. You might need a cigarette...

MMMM, does that ever sound good! I'm definitely trying that one.

I top brie off with oil packed tomatoes, minced with a little minced garlic , wrap in phyllo dough , brush with a little melted butter and bake till golden. Serve with either table water crackers or baguette.

Another easy on is topping brie off with slivered almonds (the flaked kind) and bake till almonds browned slightly and brie all gooey and good... serve with slices of baguette with orange marmalade. It may sound rather odd, but the flavors work nicely together.

Haha, these msgs had me smiling ear to ear. I DO want to know if you need that ciggy!

I own my own business, the culinary side is just a passion of mine. Few better feelings than watching someone melt and moan after they taste your cooking. Especially when it's scratch recipes :)
