Posted: 5/21/2008 7:10:22 PM | | well i pay attn to the weather alot...and i've been hearing that this summer is going to be alot like the spring...lotsa up and down temps...so that makes me wish winter was here so i could ride my snowmobile and at least enjoy it more! With the cooler weather i wont be gettin my jetski out til the water temps reach the 70's! I'm waiting on getting a wetsuit til i lose this extra weight i have on...but that will happen! And i cant wait to see the side affects of that...*wink wink* | |

Unfortunately for us in this hellish state that the only thing going up is the price of gas! (and food, and beverages, and insurance, and house payments....and.....) Heading to Myrtle Beach on June 14! Never been there, I've got NO clue what to expect except for a LOT of ocean and lots of OLD golfing men! (DAMMIT!) The ocean will be wonderful...I'm thinking the rest of the trip might be a bust! Anybody want to swap for a week-long pass to Cedar Point???? Oh yeah! RUS......I certainly hope you didn't think you were going to post that you had Red Wings Playoff tickets and NOT invite me!   Whoohoooo! Go Red Wings!!!!!  | |

Welp you guys,,tis is Michigan yanno. Some of the old folks up at the nursing home where i work tell me times we've had snow in July. I hope i neverrrrrrrr see that! lol But yeah,,im getting pretty sick 'n tired of this weather! I want to get out and ride my bike and shed somma this winter skin!

I am going to the tanning booth every chance I get! I can lay in there and close my eyes and imagine myself on the beach.....on Lake Michigan.....for 15 minutes till my timer clicks off.....
Here's a depressing thought.....like we need one.....in June, July and August, we have approximately 24 weekend days.....maybe a third of those will be rainy.....so we get to enjoy the summer from the 65-degree airconditioned 'comfort' of our offices.....
and, how about going out to dinner? You are dressed for summer FUN in sleeveless top and shorts....the restaurant A/C is 62.....why, oh, why does it have to be so COLD in every establishment come summer? I can't wait to actually SWEAT instead of shiver! | |
