The best two months of summer will be here in just over a month. Anyone have any plans? I have some Table Tennis conferences to go to. Other than tha, I plan on doing a lot of flyfishing in BC. Anybody else?

I'm going on a week long cruise in a few weeks. Visiting Cozumel, Belize, Honduras and Bahamas. My daughter and I are sooooooooooo excited.

I'm saving gas and doing the right thing for the environment... I'll be paddling on the lake right here... more beauty and pure enjoyment than I could ever find in a foreign place....

To each his own. That's why it's called MY vacation. I too, enjoy canoeing on Smith Lake and plan to do some of that this summer as well.

Well I heard that people in Alabama work so hard that they don't need summer holidays. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. Alabama must be the hardest working state in the union.

Nobody else doing anything this summer?

I wish I had big plans! The highlight of my summer this far was having to get my tonsils out last month! Woo-hoo!

Right now, I'd settle for finding a decent man to go out with. Preferably someone that has all of his teeth

Why are you always wanting info about Alabama? Don't you live in BC?

I have many friends in 'Bama and I have planned several trips there. I am also moving down there to set up a table tennis club that will cultivate some top level players.

Anyhow, I hope everyone has had a good summer. Can you believe that it's gone by so fast?

What'd y'all do this summer? Anything unexpected?

I checked out a few of the clubs in Mobile 'Bama. They kicked me out because I was too old....hahahaha.

Oh well, did you do anything fun?

Went to a great camp out for Labor Day Holiday, got to meet alot of new people and hoped I made a few new friends. It was a get together from another site. Looking for another get together during Fall & Winter, heck will give us something too look foward to.
