New Wording for the IE block - suggestion [Closed Thread]

I know there are countless threads about the IE block and I also know that all those I looked at are locked as Redundant. Hence the new thread.

Please, please, pretty please - re-word the

Must not have messaged users looking for intimate encounters or sex

so that it reads
"Must not have messaged users who are looking for intimate encounters or sex".

So many of the threads on this subject show that this restriction is not understood, due to the vagaries of the English language. The word "looking" gets attached to the unspoken subject rather than "users".

At least it might head some of them off at the pass!

(Putting quotation marks around the phrase "users who are ... or sex" might make it even clearer but the grammar police might not like that.)

"Must not have messaged users who are looking for intimate encounters or sex".

"Must not have messaged users who are looking for intimate encounters or sex".

"Must not have messaged users who were looking for intimate encounters or sex".

"Must not have messaged users that are looking for intimate encounters or sex".

"Must not have messaged users that were looking for intimate encounters or sex".

... all ambiguously qualify its Meaning. In Fact the Statement may be false, depending on a User's Settings.

Doesn't Matter if they "were" or "are", as long as it took place at some Point.

"looking for intimate encounters or sex" qualifies "Users", describing what Kind of Users.
Which Users? Those "looking for intimate encounters or sex".

"looking for intimate encounters or sex" is a Phrase that describes the Noun "Users".

The auxiliary Verb have with the Past Participle messaged forms a Phrase which expresses completed Action, as in the Perfect Tenses.

Sorry, but the Lack of its Understanding lies entirely with you.
