Myself and my brother, are looking for a 2BDRM suite on the East side of the river.
I question is, does anyone have or know of anyone who has rental property for rent??
My brother is going to school, while I am working and we don't party nor smoke, and we got excellent references if needed.
I am looking on spending around 850-1100 per month on rent plus electrical or 1/2 utilities.
If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Posted: 6/1/2008 10:12:48 PM | It is really hard right now to find any decent housing at a decent price. I'm currently in a 2bdrm townhouse and it currently goes for around $1250. I got in a year ago for around $800 so that is almost a $500 increase in less than a year.
Good luck though. I don't see how this trend can last much longer if they expect people to actually be able to afford to live here. | |
