Where are all the POF Cowgirls and Cowboys??
Maybe we could bring you out of hiding at this event.
A lot of POF wanted to seaHORSE around some more, since we swam at BB Kings Blues Club.
So lets meet, eat, drink, dance and listen to the DJ Country Music this Tuesday.
Some of us, who work on weekends, want to attend a POF on a week night.
Most of us, have to work the next day, and we understand that too.
Just come out for awhile and
unwind from your work day while you meet new friends.

Our school of POF will gather on the first level. It is wheel chair accessible. At this point, CSO manager won't allow us to post POF signs, but CSO employees are aware that POF is gathering at the Cheyenne and will direct those inquiring, to the area that we are located. Look for our POF sign in desk and get a ID. CSO has agreed to give FREE sodas to our designated drivers.
Please drink and drive safely, but party!!!

Parking: FREE parking in the Church Street Parking Garage with CSO validation, 150 South Hughey Ave, located on S. Hughey Ave and Bob Snow Lane. This is on the right side of S. Hughey and next door to Police building

Posted: 6/5/2008 8:39:41 PM | I am going to try and stop by for happy hour, i LOVE the cheyenne saloon, i was happy when i heard that Bob Snow had bought it back and was going to re-open it again and i am sooo glad someone (JON) decided to have a party there.........and i used to go WAAAAAY BACK WHEN........ahhh, there just wasn't any place like CHURCH STREET STATION anywhere in Orlando........and the Cheyenne is such a BEAUTIFUL PLACE......if i don't make it, someone have a "long neck" for me!!

A1POF thanks for picking this place out. LADY-D and I were supposed to check this place out a long time ago...not sure what happened but oh well now the time is finally here!!!
I want to welcome TERRYGAMBINO back.  She is now back in Orlando. Gotta catch her up on all our POF party stories.That might take awhile....lol! It's always fun to be around great friends and more fun to make new friends so kick off your shoes and head on down  and have yourselves a wonderful time....till then PARTY ON!!!

Posted: 6/9/2008 11:41:54 AM | This CSO location was a suggestion from babeeblue, as a alternate for another country saloon in town, that is in a less secure neigbhorhood... and than *2kitties told me about the Tuesday night happy hour, (thanks to babeeblue and *2kitties are in order..TY) The Saloon has live a band scheduled to start soon on Tuesdays too, but not for our present Party.
The saloon looks fabulous inside....Lots of nice lighting and fabulous wood work all around the place. Brings extra flash batteries for cameras because that wood work sucks up light and a weak flash battery won't last.
I didn't like having a event planned without looking at where every thing was, so I stopped at Saloon, early Saturday night. I fully recomend the parking at Church Street Parking Garage. The above map, has that CSO map kink, showing several garages, but that indoor garage on South Hughey is best, as I see it, and the closest walk too. Plus the fact that CSO will validate your parking stub to enable free parking. (REMEMBER to Bring Parking Stub to Saloon to get it stamped at front door by CSO employee)
Regular price at this garage, is $10 .00 per day or 1.00 per hour, Monday thru friday...Open 24 hrs on weekdays. It is a block and a half from South Garland Ave. and Church St (This is the corner where the club is). Traffic and construction is the pits in the area. So avoid the downtown part there and come south down S. Hughey to the garage. S. Hughey runs parallel to I-4 south at that section of I-4, and just next to it. Garland runs parallel and goes parallel north along the North side of I-4.
P.S. Wear your Fancy Buckles, Boots, Belts or Cowboy-Girl Hats!!!

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING EAST ON I-4 AND ARE SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN ORLANDO, YOU HAVE THREE OPTIONS:
* EXIT 82C (WHICH IS IN THE LEFT LANE OF I-4) THIS WILL BRING YOU ON TO SOUTH STREET EAST. IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU CROSS THE TRAIN TRACKS, YOU WILL SEE AN ENTRANCE INTO THE SUNTRUST PARKING GARAGE ($) (This parking garage is convenient, however, with the construction is might be confusing and they do not validate parking for Church Street)
* EXIT AMELIA STREET (EXIT 83B). TURN LEFT AT TRAFFIC LIGHT AT END OF RAMP. TURN LEFT AT THE NEXT TRAFFIC LIGHT. YOU WILL BE ON HUGHEY AVENUE. COME BACK APPROXIMATELY 4 BLOCKS TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE CHURCH STREET PARKING GARAGE, JUST PAST THE MUNICIPAL JUSTICE BUILDING. (FREE PARKING WITH VALIDATION 6PM TO 3AM.) This is probably the best best even though it involves back tracking. This is the parking garage that supposedly does validate.
* EXIT 81 (East) KALEY AVENUE not sure if it is B or C. TURN RIGHT, OFF THE RAMP THEN LEFT ON DIVISION AVENUE. TAKE DIVISION TO CHURCH STREET, TURN RIGHT ON CHURCH TO GARLAND, LEFT ON GARLAND ONE BLOCK TO BOB SNOW LANE. TURN LEFT ON BOB SNOW LANE WHICH WILL LEAD YOU INTO THE CHURCH STREET PARKING GARAGE.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WEST ON I-4
YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
A: COLONIAL DRIVE (HWY. 50) EXIT PUTS YOU ON TO HUGHEY AVENUE. COME SOUTH ON HUGHEY TO THE CHURCH STREET PARKING GARAGE, NEXT DOOR TO THE MUNICIPAL JUSTICE BLDG. (FREE PARKING WITH VALIDATION 6PM TO 3AM.) This is your best bet, less of a hassle.
B : EXIT 82C WILL PUT YOU ON DIVISION AVENUE. TURN RIGHT ON DIVISION TO CHURCH STREET, RIGHT ON CHURCH STREET TO GARLAND AVE. TURN LEFT ON GARLAND THEN A QUICK LEFT ON TO BOB SNOW LANE. THIS WILL PUT YOU RIGHT INTO THE CHURCH STREET PARKING GARAGE. (FREE PARKING WITH VALIDATION 6PM TO 3AM.)
