| Costco-ing Posted: 6/8/2008 11:11:32 PM | I like my food same as how I like my women - quick and easy. Ok, just kidding. BUT, my personal favorite quick meal goes like this.
1. get 5-10 meatballs (I choose the large bag from Costco or Sam's Club), and microwave them until they are done 1.(a) microwave some red sauce (out of the jar) with meatballs in a separate container 2. use paper towel to drain fat from meatballs 3. throw some mozzarella/provolone cheese on top of the meatballs, also the red sauce, and heat up for another 1:00 on the "Defrost" power level
This is delicious not just for a snack, but for a meal (fairly healthy, too). When I do this it takes 4 minutes to prepare (but only about 30 seconds to consume) :) I have a million other quick and easy little things I do - if anyone wants, I'll post more. I just can't sleep tonight so I'm rambling on here.  | |
