Posted: 6/12/2008 1:51:57 PM | With all the people I noticed from the Central LA Area (Alexandria, Pineville, etc. etc.) I cannot believe that we cannot organize a local area get-to-gather.
How about suggestions, ideas, etc.? I know we have several nice local area restaurants who have meeting rooms available, would something like this work? | |

Organization is not a problem, I think we could figure out several places we could do a "Meet and Greet" but the thing is getting folks to come from around here... I see a lot of people from Alexandria, Shreveport, etc. I am from Natchitoches and willing to travel for something like that.
So what say, LA people? Ain't you up for a party?? The summer is waning, autumn is breathing down our necks, wouldn't it be great to have some stuff going on around here?

Posted: 8/15/2008 9:43:18 PM | For something like this to work, you'd have to get enough women interested to show up. I don't know how much fun a room full of guys would be. Good luck with those plans though. I just skimmed about 30 local active female profiles and none of them participate in the forums. Not sure how active central Louisiana is.
