Posted: 6/14/2008 9:30:10 PM | Well, there may not have been many fish at this meet but what a fantastic night we had anyway! First time in the Opry for me and it certainly won't be my last! The band were terrific and wow...the shoot out was...err...loud! Pics will be up tomorrow night, anyone who has pics to add just give me a shout. Thanks to all the fish who made the effort to come and look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Another great night,I have had a mega hangover all day.Must have been all that cheap booze!!!!! It was lovely to meet up with everyone again and nice to meet some new fish as well. Can't wait to see all the pics!!!!

Another Great Night as usual at the Opry, but meeting  Friends Old & New made it even better . it was Mary Ann's First meet & also new to the Site, We met via another site & i convinced her to give POF a go & of course she did & is pleased she did, in fact we both are . She sends a Big Thank You to your Goodself & Marrisa for the very warm welcome .
DID YOU KNOW UNUSUAL SUSPECT LOST THE GUNFIGHT TO THE SLOWEST GUNFIGHTER IN ALL OF SCOTLAND  IT WAS ON THE NEWS , GOT A PICTURE TO PROVE IT WELL done Pat
TO All who signed up & did'nt go , it was certainly your loss & I don't see many apologises. Great Band, Great Atmosphere, Great Shootout, Great Dancing & Above all Great Friendship.

the band were actually very good never heard of them think i keep an eye on them n future
met a couple of new fishes to
for those that said they will turn up but didnt you miss 1 great night and we did had a ball
for me taking part in the gun shoot was a laugh just a pity the gun jam wouldn't fire first time round then 2nd 1 jam so i lost but didnt care as it was good laugh
love to do this again an i bring my own 1 this time
thanks 2 scrummy n rose for the host we must do it again in there

Glad you liked the Opry, but happy to Admit, You & Glasgow Rose, were the best Hostess's the Club has seen in a long time, Well Done.
Sorry to see the other photos getting deleted they were the Breast Ones, & it was only a bit of Fun & not in the last offensive . but guess rules are rules.
All the Photos are great.

Posted: 6/17/2008 3:15:36 AM | Lol Hughie, don't know what the club regulars thought when I was taking the booby competition pics and Patsy at the door didn't quite know what to make of Rose and myself standing out there asking everyone that walked through the door if they were fish....but it was all in good fun and I for one will definitely be going back, my sister and mum are desperate to go so think we'll have a wee night in there again.
Forgot to say thanks to Kats also for the pics, everyone had a fantastic time (fantastic is my new word for the next 3 months) 
Audrey, the Pyjama Party is on 29th August, the summer ball will probably be pulled in the next couple of weeks if interest doesn't pick up but I will replace it with another night at the Maltman
Lol, Katrina....had to put this up here....won't let me post again so soon! Yes, I surely did mention a picnic....when (if) the weather gets a wee bit nicer i'm gonna organise a picnic in Kelvingrove Park....loads to do if the weather changes suddenly like the Art Gallery (which has a lovely coffee shop i've been told) the Transport Museum and all the pubs and stuff on Byres Road. Will probably be end of July, beg of August sometime | |

Sorry i didn't make this one, I'd just moved house and had a friend staying with me who wouldn't go (and huffed at the option of being left on her own!), only just got my internet connection installed today so had no way of letting anyone know I couldn't make it. Looks like you all had a fab time though, sorry again and hopefully I'll make it to another meet soon.
