| Let's do this again Posted: 6/16/2008 6:40:28 AM | My post has been seen more than 20 times without a reply. Let me explain it again.....
Everytime I write to a POF member that Im interested in, I do not have a copy in my SENT MSG folder. Why is it? Does the member get the sent message?
I use Internet Explorer and sometimes I get a pop up having to do with ActiveX but doesnt give me "exactly" what the problem is, just what it is, the options etc. Nothing precise.
Please help! | |

Does this really happen every single time, or only some of the time? Is it possible that the user(s) you message have their profiles deleted? (really small chance if it's happening to you consistently)
What is this popup that you mention? The only popup I see on this site is when someone tries to do a live chat with you, but even there you have to click on an "accept" link before the popup will appear.
While I don't know why the messages aren't showing up in your sent folder, you might want to run some anti-spyware programs on your system. Those are quite possibly the cause of the popups you mentioned.

| Let's do this again Posted: 7/22/2008 5:15:06 PM | Hmmm, thats interesting to know (to the above poster that mentioned running linux with no activex) Randomly "Something" attemtps to run a unknown activex control as I flip through the site's pages - thankfully I have so much secruity built into my browser and machine, a termite couldent squeek in~
But that still leaves me wondering what trigegrs the odd infobox warning then, if the site isnt using activex - I assumed it was chat requests, or pop-ups.. *shrugs* ah well.
