I searched, and couldnt find where this question had been asked yet> So if it has, please bare with me. Have you ever met someone, from here, or anwyhere on the net, then when you met him, you just said "EWW ". If so, what was it that made you say that?

I met a guy who seemed really cool, was average looking, had a really awesome red mustang, and a really awesome job as an airplane mechanic. When we got to his house after some dinner, he suggested we watched star wars. Then got a little upset when I was talking too much during the film. It was a first date!! LOL. Like I care about star wars!

Hmm... it does happen! For me personally it is generally their attitude and how they interact with other people. If they are rude to a waitress or our server i usually go eww...lol If he talks in all slang and every second word is a cuss then thats another eww.

I mean looks wise i am hoping i would have seen pictures before meeting him, so unless he showed up in something really atrocious, i wouldnt be grossed out.

Quite a while ago, I met a guy whom I'd been chatting with for about 3 weeks - he didn't have a pic of himself, so I went to meet him anyway.

As I waited in my car in a parking lot, I watched him come out of a store and walk toward my car.

The guy had a big, bubble of snot coming out of one nostril and a ripped T-shirt and matted hair!

God, I couldn't look him in the eye without dry heaving and gagging.

No, I didn't stay and talk - I had to get out of there!

YES.

It was just something about him that I couldn't put my finger on. My initial gut reaction was later confirmed when I politely told him that I wasn't interested and he internet stalked me for two years. Hah.

I haven't been totally creeped out by anyone since I had a round about idea what they looked like. However, I've had guys show up who were shorter than they had claimed. They always have that ''I have been found out look'' when their gaze goes to my feet hoping to blame it on the heels I'm wearing. I've had guys show up and clearly had lied about their age too. Or they had old photos posted and looked nothing like their photo. One guy showed up where i went dancing and introduced himself as someone I had just spoken with online. He was not even the guy in the photo.

Oh I thought of one. A guy shows up at my house to take me to the movies. As soon as he gets there he's all over me trying to kiss me. Like somehow he had this fantasy that he'd ask me to a movie, grab me at the door and start making out and get sex instead. He got sent home, no movie, and no kissing or sex either.

Oh and fashion wise there have been some crazies. One guy showed up in dress polyester type slacks and a button down short sleeve shirt. He looked like those religious guys who go door to door. And he actually asked me if I liked the way he dressed. I was honest and said he was overdressed. He got mad because he said his sister picked out the outfit. Another wore highwater jeans and a faded tshirt, sneakers. Looked like clothes from late 80's and now he was shoving his older chubbier body into. Which reminds me of my last date who also had no clue how to dress although he thought he was hip because he had bought designer clothes. Newsflash, designers get things wrong too sometimes and if you buy them with an improper fit, they look ridiculous.

You wont belive this, but right now, there is a woman sitting across from me. Not bad looking at all, BUT, shes ina public facility, using the internet, with her kids. She is dressed half naked. She has fake boobs, and they arent very well covered at all. She has on a tank top 2 sizes two small, and jogging shorts that are about an inch below her cheeks. She also looks ticked off everytime a guy looks.

Oh yeah, definitely. I've met a few, but one guy sticks in my memory. I'm a fair judge of what I have to offer, and excellent communication skills is one of them. Granted, not too many people value that, but hey it's on the table. :)

I threw everything I had at him to start a conversation. I joked, was engaging, asked questions, asked compound questions, told stories...anything to get him to give me something other than a monotone answer. He'd just sit there staring at me, saying "uh huh" periodically, licking his lips and looking at my chest. Agggh! I know guys look at chests, fine, whatever. Thank you for noticing I'm female, but at least make an effort to be respectful. Especially if the girls aren't hanging out asking to be introduced.

I eventually gave up trying to be polite, finished my meal with him staring at me the whole time and called it a night.

Strangely enough he emailed me later that evening to say how much fun he had and how he couldn't wait to see me again. I let him down as easily as I could, but he never replied. I saw him on Myspace a couple of years later and saw he was happily engaged to a girl with a very nihilistic bent to her page. I was happy for him . There's someone for everyone.

WHAT! Are you un-American? You should be tortured by being tied up to a chair with toothpicks holding your eyes open just for talking!

In the past, I've been turned off by guys who tap their feet and legs constantly. I know it may just be a sign of nervousness, and I try to ignore it but it creeps me out. I want someone who is relaxed around women and are not intimidated by us.

Also find an obsession with Star Wars, Star Trek and all that other crap creeeeepy. Unless he is independently wealthy and doesn't need to maintain full time employment and professional relationships.

Only once. A gentleman I had been talking to on here and on the phone. We talked for a few weeks, seemed to hit it off. He told me he had been losing weight...never actually gave what his starting range was, and I didn't ask either, and I should have.

I don't judge people usually, but it was also my own fault. I assumed he was a few pounds overweight, like I am. That is what he implied. But when he showed up he was well over 300lbs.

He was still a nice guy, but I just couldn't date him.

Years ago before I was even on the internet, a friend fixed me up with someone, we spoke on the phone, he sounded very intelligent and witty, we had a date to meet at a cafe but when I saw him coming, I ran like a bat out of hell. He was about the size of the Queen Mary Two. I regret my stupidity, he might have been a doll.

speciman 1) he had 11 fingers need I say more?

speciman 2) he was shorter than me (his profile said 5'8") and I am 5'1" he also smelled really bad of cheap cologne

speciman 3) he smelled of mothballs and has black stubby teeth

speciman 4) he smelled of urine...and I don't want to know why

speciman 5) he was 20 years older than stated age and had fake front teeth which were obvious because of black build up around the edges.

speciman 6) 30 min into the date he spat on my hand and put it down his pants.
(I was a virgin then didn't see that coming)

God I could go on...but I won't, If you think you have seen scary stuff...

I was creep-ed out by a girl once. I went over to her place and picked her up. We were just going out for coffee, thank goodness. The entire time I was there, she just showed me some pictures of her previous vacation, with no conversation. I had to talk the entire time and she just sat there in space. She wasn't even looking at me she was staring at the floor or wall. She was out there. After 20 minutes I took her home and dropped her off.

I've never been creeped out...that I can remember. And I never thought 'ew'. My screening process typically gets those out. Once or twice it's been, "Oh...this is going to be a really crappy half hour," because he didn't look like his pics. Most of the time, they look right abouts where they're supposed to, and I just assess whether I'm attracted.
