| Gympie Muster Posted: 6/21/2008 11:31:00 PM | Is anybody going? I haven't been for years and my best friend has never been, so we were wondering if anyone else from POF is going? No I'm not looking to start an event or organise anything as it takes me all my time to organise myself lol but if anyone else is going maybe we could meet up there, just a thought :)

| Gympie Muster Posted: 6/22/2008 12:45:05 AM | | And wet weather gear .. its a great weekend. Go the country I say! | |
|
| Gympie Muster Posted: 6/22/2008 5:31:22 AM | ...And don't forget to pack ya sense of humour. The gymps are a special breed. They don't "get ya" if you're from outta town, so just keep laughing and hang with the terrorists if they start lookin at ya sideways.
I'll take my horse... if HLV takes her birthday present. Let's see if the cowboys are any better than the city boys with a remote.
NB. Bush slang: terrorists = tourists... (for those considering charging me under international law )

Started the day with eggs on toast.... ended with an egg on my forehead that would even impress the battery hens.
Dust off those boots girl! She'll be a wild old time.

| Gympie Muster Posted: 6/24/2008 8:09:30 PM | Yep a 3 day pass (fri-sun) is $227 and with on site budget accommodation 2 nights twin share is $318 (we don't have any camping gear and I've stayed at the onsite before it's pretty cool) so it's not cheap but when you compare it to going to see a band usually costs over $100 thesedays its pretty value, and there's cowboys lol

| Gympie Muster Posted: 6/25/2008 9:04:35 PM | Well Vege... you just set that tent up near a couple of trees/posts/ or very large cowboys willing to remain erect all night, and me and my hammock will be cool.
