What song was at number one in the charts the day you were born ? Did anything of importance happen on that day ( apart from your birth of course )?

19th April 1965 : Cliff Richard - 'The Minute You"

I think Elvis presley was number 1 the week i was born.
( i was born on a monday afternoon) 29th october 1956.
So it may have been Love me tender.

not sure to be honest.

msg 13, my father did similar with my younger sister, they had agreed on cheryl for my sisters name, dad didnt know how to spell Cheryl, so she ended up being named "shirley" always made me giggle.
My grandmother named me, so i have a French name.

Rock your baby by George Mcrae was no.1.

Nothing significant about the date, though my mother was narked at me being female,my father was ecstatic, went of got totally drunk and registered my birth spelling my forename incorrectly
