Maybe you've read their profile, or you've been in touch and decided you're not right for each other... BUT... someone else springs to mind as a potential match, maybe you've read their profile and think there's no match for you, but possibly for a mate.
Am I just being wierd by thinking this would actually be good idea ?
We could all turn into mini-cilla-black-esque matchmakers.
Would possibly make this whole online dating thing a bit less 'me me me' too ?
Anyways a random idea, whilst I'm hungover on a Sunday morning (on my own).

Posted: 6/22/2008 8:52:54 AM | we used to have a bit of fun on another site I was on - someone would volunteer to be "matchmaker" - regulars on the forum would mail them with thier "wish lists" of who they would like to get to know better....if they both named each other the matchmaker would let them know and ...bingo...over the past few yrs there were a few couples that finally got together that way after hedging around each other for months.
As for recommending anyone here to a mate - no I've never done that. | |
