Posted: 2/15/2009 6:22:46 PM | I have been trying to get a cycling group in Donaldsonville for the past couple of years. I would post a web site, but that is against site rules.
I have done some biking in the immediate Gonzales area, along the river road between Houmas House and Geismar, from Sorrento to "behind" St Amant out toward "New River Road" and Poirier Road.
But there is probably better riding on the west bank:
along the river, both LA 405, as well as LA 18.
Plus, Donaldsonville itself, if you ride circuitously, is a pretty good spot.
Enough of this.....I don't know if even ONE of you rides. | |

Click on offenders with court cases
you need to type in first name, middle name, last name
date of birth or age range.
There you will find public info posted in regards to current cases, and past cases.
This is one way that we can protect ourselves from harmful predators and those who would steal our possessions and our hearts.
Been there, done that.
