If they have children of their own, they may interpret that to mean that you will not be accepting of the children they already have.
If you are open to dating men with children you can put "undecided" and explain it further in your profile. If you don't want to date men with children and don't want to have any of your own, then you should leave it as is and accept the fact that this decision will limit your dating pool.
