I prefer dark hair and blue eyes. Personality would be assertive, bold (in a good way) fun, respectful, positive. I think negative people are a real turn off. So thats it for me

What do I think is sexy? Well, I've dated young, old, body builders, middle aged accountants, lithe twenty somethings with the bods of teenagers. Short hair, long locks, blonde, black, brunette. Most ethnicities. I've never had a type, per se, though I am partial to Latinos. Sexy, though, crosses all boundaries.
A sexy man to me has his own sense of style, he knows how to dress to fit his personality. It can be Urban Cowboy (but NOT redneck baseball cap and sleeveless t-shirt) or L.L. Bean or Metrosexual (a date last week showed up in a peach colored Pierre Cardin madras shirt and I am SO going out with him Friday, yum!) or corporate suit and interesting tie. He should smell good. He should be very in tuned to whether or not I want to be touched, shouldn't assume and grab my hand across the table, should watch my body language and listen to my cues (I don't play games, I'm so transparent I'm Mrs. Cellophane.) He should have a wry view of the world. No "issue-oriented" political junkies please. It's okay to have a passion, just don't make everything a debate. He should love his mother, kids, even respect his Ex. He should feel the world owes him anything. Instead he conquers it with joy and shares in the benefits. He should be confident but not blindly arrogant. He should communicate beyond the level of Caveman 101. He can cry at movies but not cry at every disagreement, especially as a way to fake me off that he really has no intention of following through, but will bemoan the cause to make himself look good. LOL! Oops, sorry, ancient history creeping in.
And the number one thing - he should never ever really be aware of how sexy he is.

Just being so into that person that you can't stop thinking about them when you aren't with them and you get that dropping-elevator feeling in your stomach every time you think about kissing them and you are sitting at your computer at work feeling all ditzy and goobery, even though you know you are supposed to be concentrating.

The actions or words that get to me, Synn? Well, depends on the guy of course, but I like someone who looks deep into my eyes when we converse, who leans in if I lean in, who tickles the inside of my forearm as we talk about nothing in particular. Someone who talks about everything, not just sex. I hate sex talkers. So boring. Flirting doesn't have to be about sexual positions, ya know? And if he gets up the courage to kiss me, no tongue the first time. Just a nibble and a nuzzle, perhaps our noses rub. A man turns me on so much more by holding back and just tasting the moment like great food or wine. If a man passes the kiss test, he's on second base already. He should be a cuddler not a groper. There is a big difference, and most men haven't learned that.
The Peach Madras shirt guy kissed my neck and I actually got the high school shiver. This guy is well put together, but not nearly as gorgeous as my "Friend With Benefits" here in town. But I have never gotten that shiver with FWB. It's all in the technique. I can't comment on the sincerety of it cause this guy could end up one big player but I'm just saying, as far as sexy and turning me on, he had it goin' on!
