| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 12:41:51 PM | In hopes that this would be a "FUN" topic for those who like or follow astrology (western or eastern). I find it to be most interesting how some people will actually compare one person to another, based on a bad experience regarding their zodiac sign. I hear this alot... "All" Scorpian's are"Evil"!!! do you really believe that???c'mon! I'm 26 degrees Scorp / 3 degrees Sag , I'm a sweetheart...til you tick me off . *wink* I use Scorp as an (((((EXAMPLE))))) becuz I get so much negative feedback regarding that sign in particular, so don't take it personal, besides...most Scorp's I come in contact with end up being my best "P.I.C.'s" *smile* Are there any zodiac signs you may find to be intimidating or would never be interested in? | |

Posted: 7/2/2008 12:59:18 PM | | Having experienced a lack of compatibility with a few Virgos in the past, I do tend to see that as a bit of a red flag, but if they convince me they have similar values and character to me then I wouldn't let it stop me getting to know them. Not a personal attack on Virgos, just that we normally have a completely different outlook.

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 1:46:11 PM | I´m one that hasn´t got enough knowledge about astrology, but what I do know is that one can NEVER tell the qualities of a person just by telling what sign they are. True astrology is, what I have learnt, much more complicated than that. In fact, a true horoscope can take hours to complete only for one individual. However, I´ve had bad experiences from some people born under a certain same sign (and it´s not Scorpio) ...but it´s no big deal since it´s a persons qualities that attracts - not the sign itself. | |

Funny, I've been debating putting up a similar topic for a while. I've gotten to where I don't consider sending a message to someone who's sign is supposedly incompatible with mine. I'm interested in some opinions on that (from folks who actually follow astrology.)
I'm all about some scorpios, though.

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 2:09:16 PM | Hello. I keep an open mind about people when meeting them, but have found the signs to be a good jump off point. Yes i've come across people who won't date me because of my sign and i've noticed that some signs are better suited to mine. The best sign i know is the peace sign. | |

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 5:04:37 PM | Well...Ok...just for FUN, I tried to mix lottery numbers with the ascention of different zodiac signs, according to the moon. I used dates, times, winning numbers, most commonly drawn numbers for that particular month. I went back only 3 years...date by date. I did find a "pattern" of sorts. More of a "likelyhood" of certain numbers showing up within the month, and during certain times, according to the zodiac signs. Odd.
So...I "chose" 10 numbers...whittled it down to six and checked it for exactly one year ago...and low and behold, 4 out of 6 showed. Hmmm...so...I tried for numbers for this year...and tonight's the draw.
Zodiac is just a fun thing for me...something to toy with. But I know a lot of folks around here who believe in that and numerology and the cards (knew a good reader personally...she was scary even!)
Does my sign scare anyone? No. Parts of me have though. (Ok...quit snickering...lets just SAY it isn't my face...lol!)

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 5:23:47 PM | I can't imagine a zodiac sign intimidating anyone I'm a Libra but I don't think much of it except that I love my birthdate and would not trade it in for another day for anything. I love that I share a birthday with Ike, Ralph Lauren, Angela Lansbury, Roger Moore, John Wooden, Justin Hayward, and last but not least, Natalie Maines!
Also on my birthday, 19 years to the day before I was born, Chuck Yeager made the first supersonic flight!
I do find it funny that people say that Libras make good lawyers. I am more of an artist and creative type than someone who would enjoy being a lawyer.

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 5:24:18 PM | Ehh...why pick on just that when there are so many other reasons to be intimidated.
My "sign"...it is what it is, I'm stuck with it and frankly wouldn't change it if I could. I'm not interested in men that are intimidated.

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/2/2008 8:30:36 PM | I'm an Aries and most people aren't intimidated by it, as I really don't act like an Aries.
Although after the first time I grab them by the ears and headbutt the snot out of their face...yeah they appear a wee bit skittish. hmmmmm. I never really related it to being intimidated by my zodiac sign up till now.

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/3/2008 2:28:46 PM | I've noticed that two capricorns together never work. I have a certian antipathy to female capricorns due to thier aggressive demanding natures and insistence on expensive presents or overly elaborate controlling rituals. | |

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/3/2008 2:58:56 PM | Wouldn't say they were intimidating, but I do think certain signs are more compatible than others... Like earth signs, water etc tend to get on just that little bit better.. And in relationships people of the same sign tend to get boredom or compatibility issues... Here is a C&P from a site:- http://www.kellystarsigns.com/starsigns/compatibility/compatible_starsigns.php, tells of compatibility etc | |

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/8/2008 2:26:39 PM | I was told long ago that I'm a double Gemini and the way I look now they must all be hiding in my tummy..The best sex I ever had was with a scorpio gal...WOWWEEEEEE!!!!!, The 2nd a cancer, the 3rd an aries...I think Gemini's and sagittarius, don't mix well.... | |

| Ever thought? Posted: 7/8/2008 3:12:19 PM |
I'm a Sagittarius, so what does that make me? Excellent for use in a limerick about an old violin:
There once was a tall Sagittarius Who sat on an old Stradivarius He embedded the thing But it could still sing Though playing it was quite precarious

| Ever thought? Posted: 7/8/2008 7:16:04 PM | | Leo + Leo = either a) disaster, or b) most awesome relationship. I have found that (with me at least, being a Leo), Sagitarrius' are fickle and moody, Virgos are lots of times fibbers, and that I get along great with Aries but they are kinda boring. That said, it's easy to pin something on someone's sign after the fact. People are people and other factors come into play to make them who they are. But it's kind of fun to follow! | |

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/8/2008 10:17:55 PM | I'm not intimidated by any sign........ Being a water sign I find dating fire signs to be the most challenging....... I will not exclude anyone based on their sign, from a possible match. There are just to many possibilities out there, one can never be sure. For the most part ( I find) personalities do hold true, I know what sign everyone in my immediate work environment is...... We are currently all basically compatible (all water or earth) except the top boss..... LOL Sexually I find capricorns most intriuing, on the outside shy and subdued, but once you dig down deep they are for the most part, just raw and untamed.
JMO Dreams vv woohooo pisces below vv LOL, its not a shame for the right people

| Ever thought your Zodiac sign could be intimidating to others? Posted: 7/8/2008 10:19:03 PM | | eh. Im a pisces and was completely taken aback when someone said "Oh thats just awful". I was even more surprised to here it a second time some weeks later... People who judge like that are not worth the time of day to be honest. But, I have found that Im heavily attracted to other water signs. | |

| Zodiac Signs Posted: 7/9/2008 2:55:12 AM | I figure it like this....if someone is intimidated b/c I am an Aquarius, then they need to get a wake up call. There is a lot more things to be intimidated by then my astrological sign.

I guess you could say I've been intimadated by people who were different signs my Mother Misses Bates the Sage. My step dad was a Pieces, and my sisters boyfriend who used to knock her around till my step dad the pieces took care of his ass pernmently but their all dead now so it's o.k....Except my mom she likes to sit up at night and watch T.V. From the 2nd floor that way she can make sure her good little boy is running the motel correctly..Love Norman.

| Zodiac Signs Posted: 7/9/2008 11:39:13 PM | | My bf and I are both Scorpios. I love astrology. It's very true that you must know more than your sun sign for compatibility. Your rising sign is just as important and that has to do with the time of your birth. | |

| Zodiac Signs Posted: 7/10/2008 4:36:00 AM | | I'm not intimidated by any sign, and for the most part I don't really pay attention to what someones sign is. I have noticed however, whenever a profile strikes me as someone that seems especially well suited to me, they tend to be a gemini just like me. | |
