| Golfers? Posted: 7/2/2008 3:42:15 PM | Love this game! Get to drink and drive, be outside and displace some aggression. Plus, it takes a lifetime to master. Finally learned to hit down on the ball and take a proper divot... after 10 years.
Played my first Glowball tournament the other night. Absolutely killed it and was so much fun. RECOMMENDED!!!
Anyone else out there like to hit the links? I know the ladies are far and few between.

| Golfers? Posted: 7/3/2008 2:09:31 PM | I enjoy it every time I go out. I take about 1 stroke off my average every year and I've never had a lesson. I'll be scratch when I turn 80.' '
In my defense, I refuse to buy one of those room sized drivers. I still use the little persimmon wood driver that came with my (very) old set. It goes "click" instead of "TINK" when I hit it just right. The ball goes maybe 200 yds with a following breeze.

| Golfers? Posted: 7/3/2008 3:32:01 PM | | ^^^HAHA! At least you're out there. I'm actually thinkin about getting one of the room sized ones. It's gotta help! Havn't been able to hit the ole driver like I can my irons. Everyone trips how far I hit my irons. Hitting my PW about 165 yards accurately and my 8 Iron about 180. But my drives are all over the place... anywhere from 240 - 290 yards. | |

| Golfers? Posted: 7/5/2008 7:00:41 AM | Yup, count me in. It's a game anyone can play no matter what their physical activity level. Fresh air, exercise and beer. What's not to like?
Ok, there is one thing I actually hate about golf and that is . . . other golfers. You know those douchebags who are always rushing the people in front of them. Yes, I'm sorry that I suck. I'm sorry I can't hit a ball in a straight line but seriously, do you have to be somewhere? Are you in that much of a hurry to get home to your nagging spouse and snot-nosed, screaming kids?
I know the ladies are far and few between.
Damn man, most of my golfing partners are women and most of those didn't start golfing until they started hanging out with me.

| Golfers? Posted: 7/10/2008 4:34:48 PM | I hate to sound blond, but can any golfers offer some basic info,
Like which side of the club to use? Really.. maybe the rules of the game the object of the game 'past hitting the ball/lol I may become interested, looking for something new and fun to learn.

Men are just as capable wiping a child's nose, and correcting the child or seeing to the child's needs, as the woman is, chances are the wife would be greatful, stop nagging. and put on some romantic music. something satin. and him to work to improve is swing.lol morning comes..he can brag about his hole in one
or perhaps he has the wrong wife.
