I would ditch the picture of you with the two girls. Women don't dig guys that post pictures of themselves with other women, because they're jealous by nature.
only constructive thing I can think to write right now...to me, you don't have any glaring oversights or errors aside from the one picture...except you DO describe yourself as "average looking". Don't say you're cute, don't say you're ugly, don't say any of that because the pictures allow the viewer to decide that for themselves;)
Also...miniature golf is a good first date. Not only does it show you the other person's competitive nature (or possible lack thereof), you can get a clear butt-view so you can scrutinize! AND it's CHEAP! Miniature golf and post-game loser-buys-ice cream...
