| Oxygen Water...scam? Posted: 7/3/2008 6:11:57 PM | | I have been drinking oxygen water for the last few days. Within a few days I have more energy than ever, I only need 4 to 5 hours sleep and I can workout much longer. As long I drink the water in between meals on empty stomach I notice dramatic effects. Most webs sites claim it's a scam but how you explain my energy increase. I am pretty much eating the same foods. | |

| Oxygen Water...scam? Posted: 7/3/2008 10:21:58 PM | | Please explain, If water consists of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen then what is oxygen water ? Adding another atom of oxygen will give you peroxide and if you drink that you'll get sick. | |

Maybe you just needed to drink more water. I do drink plenty of water 8 to 12 cups a day anything more than that is way too much.
Actually you can get food grade hydrogen peroxide 35%. You can safely mix it water and drink it for health benefits. So I have read anyways. I bought the water because it was on sale and it's cheaper than the other brands. I never believe it would do anything or have any benefit. I am very sensitive to chemcial so if anything would make me sick I would know within the hour. So far I feel better not worse. Hydrogen peroxide can be safely ingested when highly diluted with distilled water.

From the source you have posted it explicitly states: "Hydrogen Peroxide is not intended to prevent, treat, or cure disease conditions or to affect the structure or function of the body" - a.k.a straight up bullcrap product. Furthermore getting info from sources that are trying to sell you their product isn't the best of ideas.
Want more oxygen? Breath more, you are not a fish and you don't have gills. There is a reason why people pass out if they are exposed to a super oxygen rich environment. Think about it.

... is very unstable, VERY oxidizing of anything it touches, like the carbon, eg, the carbon in microbes, is why H2O2 is used as a topical/oral disinfectant. Even the 3% H2O2 at $1/pint is in an opaque, dark container to prevent light energy from breaking it down.
Anybody have ANY scientific proof that oral H2O2 transits the stomach and liver as H2O2 and reaches the entire body intact?
The best oxygenation is cardiovascular fitness through aerboic exercise using the entire lungs. Lung capacity and efficiency can be increased with breathing exercise like pranayama. Chemicals? GMAFB | |
