| Northwest Arkansas Meet'n'Eat Whole Hog Cafe July 26 7-9pm
Posted: 7/8/2008 7:33:06 PM | Please plan to attend our next POF Northwest Arkansas gathering, which will be held at the Whole Hog Cafe in Bentonville on Saturday, July 26 from 7pm til 9pm. This will be a Dinner Mixer including some get acquainted activities and a few door prizes. Please sign up here if you plan to attend and please attend if you sign up. Our last dinner party was attended by 60 singles from the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri areas. The Whole Hog Cafe has an excellent private meeting room and features a Famous Award Winning Barbeque. This will be a buffet style and the Whole Hog Cafe will collect $8. (plus tax) per person for the food After the dinner we can take a vote on where we would like to go dancing. There are several places nearby that would fit the bill. The Whole Hog Cafe is easy to find. The address is 1400 SE Walton Blvd Ste 46 Bentonville, AR It is located directly behind Krispy Creme Donuts. If you know where LOWES is on 540 and Walnut Street in Rogers, just head west and turn left when you see the Krispy Creme sign. Please email me with any additional questions or suggestions.

I would recommend it and I have posted a few comments about it on our local singles website which I am not allowed to supply a link to here lol | |

I tried out the food at the Whole Hog Cafe last week. It was everything it was bragged up to be. In one case they were a couple gals who wanted to find a place to drink. If you plan to "cruise chicks" or "barhop", please do it elsewhere If you are signed up for this event please show up. The food is ordered in advance and the manager of the restaurant needs an accurate count for his food order. If you are able to donate or acquire the donation of a door prize or two it would be appreciated. Anyone wanting to help organize a float trip should contact me. The Past BBQ and Hiking trip I hosted took too much of my time to do a good job on so I will limit my planning to this restaurant meeting type until I get some go-getter type volunteers There are more ladies coming because I took several hours and sent emails to about 40, one by one. We all need to do that if we want to see a large turn out. Due to the POF regulations emails may not be copy and paste so if you do send out emails you must individualize each one. | |

So I drove up the street to Dejavu and it has a very small dance floor and caters to a younger crowd. I drove to Bristol Cafe but they were closed tonight due to street construction right in front of their place. I would bet they will be open on the weekend though. I will keep y'all informed | |

I will reserve the banquet room at Jim's Razorback Pizza in Fayetteville for the next meeting since it is only two blocks or so away from BobbiSox and they have such a great salad bar there With gas prices being the way they are, I would like to keep things as close as I can to each other. There are a few people who drive a long way to these events (like me) and I do not want to make it any harder for them. (or me lol) steve | |

Posted: 7/23/2008 11:37:58 AM | what theres only four more women than men come on ladies put the word out to the little younger crowd that a few of us older guys are coming and we arent bad just a little gimpeer there are a couple that have the cut off age at 65 and should raise the limit a little so we can invite them cause a couple like motorcycles agreed try to keep the meetings within tolerance to the gas steve have you tried pizza hut for a meeting the other place the pizza isnt the greatest or pappa johns | |
