Racygirl, I do not see any other events that you posted yourself.
Cohosting an event does not count towards your count needed to be able to send a mass email.
That being said, if ^^^ is the case, then the bulk email system is working, as you haven't met the minimums.

Additionally, if you already have a message advertising your party, you should not post new threads on the message board forwarding people to go see your already active party topic. By adding new topics like
"hi did you see my party topic yet. go here and sign up: www.mypartytopic.com"
