| Starting the process of writing 1-3 books, input please

There are 3 major areas where I think this world lacks tons of all 3.
1. Common Sense
2. Common Courtesy
3. Common Customer Service
I have so many examples of all 3 that it would take me days to post my opinions.
I am wanting ideas from all over the world of bad experiences of the 3 categories given or some pet peeves of them.
I am going to start the process of writing a book for each category. I am such an analyzer of a 3 of these, and almost feel like I am too much of a percfectionist and expect too much out of people.
Here are just a few examples of mine
Common sense:
1. When you are going to be late, how hard is it to call and let the people you are meeting know that you are going to be late? Yes, I am "ALWAYS" on time. There really is no excuse to be late promise. (This fits categories 1 & 2)
Common Courtesy:
When you are on the road at a stop light, and there is a car pulling out of the drive way trying to get on the street, how hard is it to let that car out? Oh my gosh, are you going to get to your destination 10 seconds maybe even as much as a minute later than you would have by not letting them in? It isn't a tragedy people.
Common Customer Service:
No matter where we go we deal with this. Ask your self how often do you get great service at what ever it was you did today? Be honest when evaluating this question, because you know what, it isn't a very high %.
So bring on your examples and pet peeves and don't be afraid to email me if you have some that you don't want posted on here.
