Posted: 7/14/2008 12:05:41 AM | Ok guys; this is a technique for those of you who are true lovers. It’s for one of those long, slow, warm, truly loving, sessions; when you are actually “making love” not simply having sex. It only requires two to three “Football Mums,” and a loving attitude.
First, set the scene: I like to have aroma therapy candles burning; and light jazz or new age, playing in the background.
Then after prolonged soft loving foreplay; pull the top sheet, and bed spread off of the bed; or at least push them down to the foot. Have her put a blindfold on, and lay completely naked in the middle of the bed, face up, in a relaxed spread eagle type position.
I blindfold her so she has NO idea what is about to happen. Obviously, you also have to buy and hide the Football Mums in advance, without her knowing. I advise not even discussing this technique with her at any point so it is a complete surprise.
Then, with her laying there blindfolded, (make sure her mouth is closed, LOL) from two to three feet above her, pull off handfuls of the petals, and shower her with them from head to foot. It is an absolutely magical sensation. It feels like a warm velvet rain. Then you can scoop the petals up, and repeat this again, and again, and again. After showering her from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet, you can concentrate on specific areas, like her face, her arms, her breasts, the palms of her hands, etc. You can then swap places, and she can do the same thing to you. I especially like to feel them on my face, and the palms of my hands. Then you can make love, and go to sleep, on a bed covered with flower petals.
Here’s the catch; it MUST be Football Mums; no other kind of mum will work; and you usually have to call the florist ahead of time and order them; because they rarely have them in stock. They run somewhere in the neighborhood of $5-$7 each; and you can even use the “rejects.” Florists will throw away those flowers that they don’t feel are big enough; but, since you are going to be ripping the petals off anyway, that doesn’t matter, and you can get them cheaper. I stress Football Mums, because they have a ton of petals; and the petals are heavy enough to hit your skin with enough force to give the sensation of a warm dry rain. Other flowers either don’t have enough petals, or the petals aren’t heavy enough to really feel.

The criteria are 1/Lots of petals, and 2/Petals heavy enough to feel hitting your skin. I can't imagine that they aren't available at all down there though, so I'd just ask. | |

Interesting idea. Who cleans up???? Sorry.. can't help but be the wet blanket here. I've done the bath thing with rose petals (totally suggest using the bottomside of the petals and rub them over the sensitive parts of your body)... and clean up is a b*tch. Can't imagine 1000's of petals to clean up. | |

The petals are large, and kind of scooped out/spoon shaped; so you can just sweep them up with your hands; and there aren't "thousands" of petals. Admittedly, a few petals will roll up, and hide, but it really isn't a big deal at all. It's certainly an easier clean up than body paint, body oil, or even caramel and whipped cream for that matter. | |

I think I've got a good idea, it sounds wonderful, and I love it; but you've used it, and I'd like to hear a detailed description from you. I want to make sure I'm picturing it correctly.
I just posted a lot of ideas/suggestions on the thread "spice it up." Take a look at that one and let me know what you think; and I'll give it some more thought and try to recall other things I've done, and get back to you.
I like to "challenge" myself to try to use anything I see as a sexual aide. You can get pretty creative, LOL. Sometimes something you think might be great falls flat; and sometimes something you don't expect much from is off the charts. I went through a lot of different flowers before I found the Football Mums; but they are incredible.
One that I think is way over rated is whipped cream. It's not very heavy, so you don't have the sensation of weight when you put it on; it provides little oral stimulation when you lick it off; it has very little taste; and it comes off too easy, i.e. it doesn't give much resistence to the skin.
I found a caramel sauce at a state fair one time that was perfect. It flowed with perfect viscosity, you could dribble a perfect thin line with it; and it was heavy enough that it gave a very pleasant sensation when it hit the skin; it was delicious; you had to lick it just a little harder to get it to come off which is exactly what you're looking for; but it did come off without leaving a stickey mess. I ran out, and haven't been able to find it again since. If I ever do find the guy, I think I'll order a 50 gallon drum, LOL.
Do you have any other ideas/suggestions/recommendations? I really like that fan idea. | |

And kudos to you sillies who got my laughing when I haven't even had my coffee yet! :) I didn't know I was awake enough to laugh out loud!
So...wouldn't a feather duster work pretty well and be a little easier to find?
And I think my favorite idea was the popcorn. That way you can do a little snacking at the same time. LOL
Lastly...I think I"d have to say I'd be happy to skip the flower petals and just plain be nekkid and blindfolded w/a guy. Guess I'm just a simple kind of gal. 
But...for a serious response. This is a great idea if your girl has really sensitive skin. LIke, some girls like their back tickled, others like it scratched (I'm not talking about during sex). I need mine scratched. Which means I probably wouldn't feel the petals enough like a girl w/sensitive skin would. Same w/nipples - there are fishy girls who talk about having nipples extremely sensitive to touch and others whose are less sensitive who need a firmer touch/suck/bite. So...this does require knowing your girl a bit.
