I have never chatted with any of you in attendance but viewed a few profiles. Since Billy Bobs is local I will give it a shot.

Posted: 7/21/2008 5:32:15 PM | | Wow! Some of you drive a great distance to attend POF events. Makes me wonder what have I been missing. What is the something more than spending the night with CNN? LOL No really this will be my first POF event, infact it will be my first ever singles event. So if you don't dance there is no need for a dance card, this is the purpose of a dance card, correct? I am so not cool as my daughter's would remind me if they read this. Anyway, I guess I am lucky b/c I live only 10 miles away from the event. I just was driving through Winter Haven last week and mentioned this place to one of my friends, I thought it said they have karaoke on Friday nights, can anyone confirm this? Also another idea for meeting place is Bedrock Cafe in Bartow, new owners small but cozy for a gathering of nice singles. Incase anyone actually reads this thought I would make a reccomendation. | |

I feel neglected by you.! And Omee, I can't wait to finally meet you in person. And hey everybody Lindee1948 is now Lindee-1, please mark this on your dance card as she is taking numbers and there will be a long waiting line to dance with her so make your reservations now. And Bghorhum, I never did get to Polka with you, so you need to be there to teach me. I think Sebring gang already knows how. Handsome brown-eyed Larry, if I am able, save one for me, if you can fit me in and preferably one from our era. (Aerosmith or Black Cherry possibly if knee allows) and Timboomer1 if you go, I'll save one for you(looking forward to meeting you too) Grayson, you need to get James out there, lots of POF'ers gonna be there. James have your dancin shoes on buddy. Gray will show you how its done. So everybody, whether you dance or not or just want to make some new friends, Journeyquest and I hope you will come join us and make some new friendships. You never know Lifeisgr88t may decide to entertain us and dance on the tables just one more time. Don't know what your missing until you've witnessed that first hand. Afterall, he is sooooo CUTE and he knows it!!! What wonderful memories are to be made. So ya'll come, eat,, drink, and be merry  Even if I have to sit there with a bum knee. Get ready to  this is my 3rd party so to all the NEW come on out I promise you will have a blast.

I am riding home with yall tech girl. Don't wan to miss out on that. Glad we are having such a great turnout on such a short notice. Still hoping my special friend will save me a dance. You know who you are. Have told you lots of things about me that I would not have shared with someone else, but his heart is promised to someone else I think. Oh well... Anyway, am looking forward if I can't dance to making some really good friendships. Lindee was my first girlfriend on this site and I hope she'll be around a little while longer to finish teaching me what I need to know so I can pass it on down to the new . Guys, most of us who are able will have our dance cards ready, be sure and don't be shy and be ready to sign those dance cards and I swear I am riding home with that Sebring bunch.
