Hope to see LOTS of people there this Sunday!!!!!!
BTW....I'm in the process of moving so if I don't get right back to you, don't worry....I will eventually answer all mail. *S*

OK....the last picnic was SUCH a huge success that I've decided to do another one......at Howard Park in Tarpon Springs. At the last picnic on July 19th we had over 130 people show up during the course of the day!!! What a turnout!....and what a wonderful time we all had!......Let's do it again!!!!!

I just cut and pasted the next bit from the last event post. It's all the same! *LOL*
This is a pot-luck get together.....everyone bring their favorite home-made dish (or, for those who don't cook....bring something from the deli. *LOL*) Bring your own drinks (sorry, alcohol isn't allowed in the park), ice and drink container. If you want to post what you're bringing so there isn't a lot of duplication, that would be wonderful.
If you have some outdoor games to bring, please do. Last year someone brought a frisbee and some horseshoes (there is a horseshoe pit at the pavillion!).....there is no volleyball net there but the woman told me we're welcome to put one up if we have one.
I'm going to be sending out individual e-mails to the people I know on here. If you're going to be able to make it and you want to bring a friend or 2 (or 6!!! *LOL*) please do so. The weather is just so nice right now....we need to get something going in OUR neck of the woods!!! There's always something going on in Orlando or Tampa or St. Pete....but nothing in Pasco!!! So let's do it up good.

Posted: 7/21/2008 12:30:35 PM | Yep, another picnic already!!! There was such an interest in another event BEFORE the Aug. 31st one in Phillipe Park that I decided to do one before school starts. Eventually I'm gonna do a meet-n-greet somewhere like Capt. Jack's in Tarpon Springs.....we had a blast last year when we did it. It's just that the weather is so nice right now we want to do all the picnics that we can.
And, yes, I AM a party animal!!!! *LOL* | |

This last picnic was something else and had a great time and again I had to leave early so I am not scheduling any appts around this one at all I am once again looking forward to seeing everyone.....as usual do not know what I will be making coming soon on the next post...LOL.....
