I had a great time at Strikes and Spares...so I am planning another event there!
(my 1st game score 64, 2nd game 106...I suck but at least I made everyone else feel good about themselves!! )
Strikes and Spares Entertainment Center is located at the corner of Douglas & Grape Rd in Mishawaka. We bowl from 7-9pm (or a little later if you aren't done with your game).
$5 covers your shoe rental and bowling!
They have a bar  and food for purchase as well  !!

ps. There were a lot of POFers who said they were coming 7/31 who didn't and we ended up with more men than women. Regardless, everyone had a great time!

I am not going to do the age brackets next time. The first 5-6 people that check in go to Lane 1 etc...and can start bowling. That will reduce the confusion. If you want to meet someone...you can just go over to them and introduce yourself when it's not your turn to bowl.
I wanted to keep similar ages together...that will be on you guys next time! :) I am assuming you still had a good time. Come again and see if this new process works better.

For those of you who heard me talk about my name badges and prizes** etc being locked in my truck...my keys were not locked in my truck...my mom put my keys on the back of my sisters truck who drove out of our subdivision onto Ironwood...where they fell off and got ran over about a million times until I just found them today. They are all ruined...and my lock/unlock thingy is trashed too. Cost to replace that...$300. Ouch!

I recently found a special someone prior to this last bowling party, and as such was unable to go because I didn't want to seem well, a flirt or something. I'd hate to give off the wrong impression at this time. That's why my profile still is on here, but edited...y'know, a failsafe plan
But I have friends that aren't on POF...they're kinda nervous about the online thing. I was talking about this upcoming party and they were interested. They've been burned very badly in recent times and I thought this could be a good help for them.
Is there a taboo or something associated with bringing them if at that point I'm no longer single? I'd really hate to like do something wrong. | |

Then we wouldn't have to worry about being to work the next morning and maybe go out afterwards for a bite to eat or a drink????
