Posted: 8/17/2008 3:37:02 AM | I'm really new to this site, I have created this account months before but I haven't started checking/revising it until now. During the few times I've been on this site I've realized that its really hard to get a response from someone even though supposedly everyone here should be looking for someone to date.
Anyways, maybe its my profile or something.
I'm just randomly surfing and so I spent the last 5mins just revising the thing.
Like it or not, apperances are everything on this site and its really hard to show just exactly what type of person you really are.

Posted: 8/17/2008 5:19:17 AM | It's not bad but to be honest it just sounds like all the rest. What usually grabs me is something different...something funny. Don't try to 'sell' yourself. For example...my profile doesn't just have good qualities...I also include some of my more neurotic behaviors and fears. I figure if you want to get to know me you are going to find out about these quirky behaviors soon enough! lol
One of the funniest profiles I read said that his interests were crime fighting and Sausage McMuffins. HAHAHA....he may not have responded to me but because he actually made me laugh out loud I HAD to message him.
Make yourself stand out. Believe me you will get more messages you know what to do with.

Thanks for the advice, its really hard to say what is the best way to do a profile, I'm kinda weary on putting zany stuff like that because as much as some women may find it funny, other women may find it immature and stupid.
I've almost redone the entire thing because maybe girls don't want to read too much and more of the same stuff.
