| Suspected car burglar gets a dirty dumping Posted: 9/3/2008 1:16:04 PM | Here's a funny one from Yahoo about a thief that got what he deserves.
TAMPA, Fla. - A 22-year-old suspected truck burglar made a dirty mistake after he tried to hide inside a portable toilet on Saturday. Tampa police said the man broke into two pickup trucks at a parking lot and the owner of the second truck fought the suspect and chased him to a nearby construction site.
The suspect tried to hide in the Port-O-Let, but the victim found him and turned it over, covering him in huge amounts of human waste.
The man was been charged with auto burglary and possession of burglary tools.

This is a bit like that case where the two women tried to rob a donation store or something and in their attempt to evade capture and arrest one of the women hid in a garbage compactor and was killed…except this time it is actually funny and we can all laugh about it, without sounding cold and heartless.
Sometimes, carma really gets a shot in. Without meaning to add to the overused phrases already here, this guy ended up in the toilet, or it ended up on him. WOW!...he must have really stunk. You’ve got to feel for the cops that took him in. I wonder if he was allowed to wash.

Why'd they bother charging him? Umm.. because he broke the law?
Do they intend to punish him ? That's usually what happens to people who are convicted after being charged.
How can what they want to do be any worse (this side of Guantanamo)? If convicted, they guy gets punished, perhaps with prison time, probably probation at least.
What happened to him beofre he got arrested were not the actions of the state. IF he doesn't like it, he can sue the guy who turned over the porta potty he was hiding in.
Have you ever had your car or home burglarized?

That's what you call a "Stinky situation".
Or a a SH***Y situation.
I'm guessing "Oh, sh**! " is what he was thinking when the porta potty got knocked over. Oh well, sh** happens. .........................

I think appropriate punishment for violent felonies should include a symbol, notating the crime, tattooed on the convicted felon's forehead.
