Posted: 9/25/2008 5:59:10 PM | This is kind of a funny subject for me to talk about. Once I was don with football in Highschool I did not get into it much anymore (boy thats been a while ago now!) It just makes me wonder, dont people realize there is more than just the Husker football team in Nebraska to get out and do? Why does everything revolve around this? I will sit and watch the game and cheer them on and I agree they look alot better than they did the last few years. But at the same time I dont worry about it or when the game is on. When a friend envites me to a game party I go just so I can hang out with friends more than the game itself, I watch bits and peices of it, but my interest just is not fully in it I guess. I have allways been more of a motorsports fan I guess but to each there own. Now will the Huskers win big this year? I doubt it! I think they will do good and have a pretty good year, But I would not look for a national championship out of all this, not just yet. Maybe in a few years or it may be 10 year? Who knows? there are alot of good teams out there!
