| New to Delaware and new to being single Posted: 10/16/2008 5:01:13 PM | Moved here fron Northern NJ and recently seperated, looking for places just to hang out and listen to good music and meet nice people. Read some of the threads from other states and they schedule alot of gatherings and wondering if there are any planned for Sussex Delaware, if not I would like to start one.
I don't know if Milford is the middle of the county but how about the Executor not to loud and the bar area is big enought to handle people, if this is not a good location please make suggestions.
Talk to you soon Peter from Norther NJ | |

| New to Delaware and new to being single Posted: 11/4/2008 11:18:40 AM | Coming from a guy who moved here a while ago. It is somewhat different and is quite noticeable as soon as you cross over the state line. It is an inexpensive state to live in and you get what you pay for. As for things and places to go.
I find that Wilmington (outskirts) and northern, by PA have the best areas. I am pretty active so I tend not to hang out in the bars.
I have been down to Milford a couple of times. I guess they call lower delaware, slower lower as some of my friends say. I think I know why but I still like it down there.
Good luck. | |
