| Pics not showing up in RECEIVED e mails [Closed Thread]

Someone attached a pic in an e mail. But on my end, all i see is a little grey box where said image "should" be.
We just tried again a few minutes ago, and still got the same results. I haven't had any prior issues with images not showing up in e mails.

I sent him a picture. I can see the picture in my sent mail box. When he replied to me, telling me he couldn't see the picture, I could see the picture I sent in his reply message. So I know the problem is not with the sender. | |

Posted: 10/18/2008 4:39:20 AM | If the sender deleted their account before you read their mail, then the picture would show up as a grey (or blue?) square.
Also...if someone loads a picture just long enough to send it to you then deletes it from their profiles before you open their mail, it will also show up in your mail as a grey square ( or a small box with a red x?)
There might be other explanations, but those are the ones I know:)

If the sender deleted their account before you read their mail, then the picture would show up as a grey (or blue?) square. This was not the case. He had this problem before I deleted my account.
.if someone loads a picture just long enough to send it to you then deletes it from their profiles before you open their mail, it will also show up in your mail as a grey square I did upload, send, and then erase the pics from my profile but I do this often and have never had a problem with other pictures I have sent to SBIN or anyone else. Also, when SBIN replied to my message I could see my pictures in his reply. I could also see them in my sent mail box. In both these cases the pictures where no longer on my profile. | |

All photos from the whole pof system gone. Please put back in
