I cryed because it seems like sometimes I cannot do anything right .
Its as if everthing falls apart or is just wrong cant please anyone .
Its like the sky is really falling .
Working in the medical field is a high stress factor for me . Some co
workers and even patients behaviors are difficult to endure at times
and keep
a cool head
and positive attitude at times .
I enjoy my position ... But people } can make it tuff ^^to stay in good Spirits ..
There seems to be so much gossip and bad attitudes in the medical field ..
Some <<<<<Women in the medical field and women being the vast majority of employees in the medical field
have
the canning ability to make other peoples Life miserable and hurt others so bad without blinking an eye !
Klicks are common too . Lots of slingin snot as I call it .. People even try to set you up to fail or be fired .. Its crazy ''but oh so true .. Why ? cant people just be nice and help one another to do well ? and work as a team ..
This is what I strive for in my position ...... I want to do the best Job of my potential and capabilities that I can do ...But a one man band is no good "'And I do not wish to join them in there evil deeds >SO > I quit that Job ''and now I am in the same setting with new faces but similar circumstances
only now I work much harder physically and mentally .. but I make more money and the enviroment and atmospere is much more modern ....wadda ya think ?
I hate it that I break and get so lo and cry ''
is a very lonely time for me !
Its a mystery to me as to how I get to the point of being tearful '' Is this weakness ?

Posted: 10/22/2008 11:13:23 AM | I cried two weeks ago, when a friend hurt me. It felt good, and I felt a lot better afterwards.
Im not usually a crier, but there are times when I take the time to have a good cry, and man, it does a body good.
I have been extremely heavy hearted about this betrayal of frienship, and am personally insulted.
I used to fight off tears, felt I was too tough to cry, but in the last year or so, I have been more emotional then ever before...and I have learned to give in to it a bit. It is a release. | |

Posted: 10/22/2008 11:31:38 AM | When I watched the last Shrek movie, I managed to hold it together until the end... but when it was over and the credits started rolling, I bawled my eyes out. I was, fortunately, alone during this experience... and thus spared the humiliation of having anyone see me cry over a Shrek movie. Though I suppose that's a blessing I'm apparently sabataging by speaking of this publically.
There are of course more personal things that affect me, but perhaps someone might grin a bit from my Shrek experience.

Sometimes I cry because life just sucks sometimes, betrayal of friends, lost loves. I'll put on George Michael "Jesus to a Child" and have myself a good cry always feel better after. | |

Posted: 10/22/2008 5:50:12 PM | It was this past Saturday, due to a myriad of things, stressful job, world conditions, driving through the neighborhoods I have driven through for years now that destroyed by the floods we had in NW Indiana last month, so many people can't even live in their homes, it breaks my heart, the world we live in general, this has been coming on for a while. But of course, what set me off? The return of an ex-boyfriend...wanting what else, another chance.
It was one of those crys that you don't even know that you are crying until you feel the warmth of your tears on your face and see the drops of your tears on your jeans.
In a way it was welcomed, a cry like this has been coming on for me for about the last 6 months, well it finally arrived and it stayed until Monday evening. On and off, the tears would come and be gone a few seconds later. The tears would stream and I was letting it all out and now I feel cleansed and I have regained my clarity. Sometimes I think a good cry can do you a world of good. And No...he didn't get another chance. | |

Posted: 10/22/2008 6:35:50 PM | i didn't exactly cry, my lips started to quiver and tears welled up in my eyes. i was talking to a close cousin on the phone about his son about 2 weeks ago.
my cousin's son isn't talking to him. they had a difference of opinion and it's been years now of silence between them. when i talked to my cousin about it, i related how i didn't speak to my dad for a month because he didn't understand my love of muscle cars. he said cars were for going from point A to point B. we argued alot about it. our relationship was tenuous.
as i told him that his son would one day regret his silence, i revealed how i cry at my father's grave on every visit begging for his forgiveness. but he's gone and it's too late. so i cry on every visit. i wasn't a good son to him. my eyes are welling up now. | |

Seems like people avoid ya if you are blue '' sad & 'tearful.......... Like they are scared of showing any emotion or giving any moral support ''Is it that hard to touch someone and say it will be ok ? Or whats wrong ''and give a ear for a minute ?
Well I cryed off and on for about a week or so before I quit the Job .
Was feeling so tired and sick and tired of being tired !

thank you so much for your kind words. i believe you are right but he died so suddenly i didn't have the opportunity to properly make amends. i wanted to right the wrong and i started to, but then he was gone.
i treated my mother like royalty until she eventually went into the nursing home deeply mired in Alzheimer's. i wasn't going to make the same mistake twice.

Posted: 10/29/2008 5:18:08 PM | I cried in April 2007 when my mother passed away. Before that it was in 2001. My now ex-husband is a chemical engineer and spent time in various parts of the world. At this time he was in Malaysia. Found out he had a Filipino (married) woman living with him. I noticed that an awful lot of money started disappearing from the bank account. He was sending money to pay for her boy's schooling back in the Phillipines.(where her husband was als0). I found out a lot of other things also--things like his sexual addiction. I cried for months until there were no tears left. I could have gotten over it easier if he had died rather than do what he did. At least with death, I would have known it wasn't his choice. The cruelties that people inflict on others is impossible to understand and it happens so much in the work environment too. ESPECIALLY WITH WOMEN. WHY IS THAT? At work I tried to stick to strickly business and not get involved with gossips. And guess what? I wasn't in the clique because of that. But I never was a "clique" person anyway. Try to keep your chin up, be nice to everyone, and don't listen to the gossip mongers. I made really good money and it didn't require that I win a popularity contest. Make sure you have some joy in your time away from work.
Why do we cry? It lets go of pent up emotions (sadness and happiness too). | |

Posted: 10/29/2008 6:56:50 PM | Today, all day, my man and I are through. It hurts, the tears come, you put on a smile for your kids and when their backs are turned, damn it, there they are again!!
I cry for my kids when they are hurting.
I cry for my friends when they are having problems.
I cry at sad movies.
I cry for my parents, their birthdays, anniversary, and just general missing them.
It is a good to cry, it lets go of things that we have no control over. Sometimes crying is the best thing in the world. | |

This is a type of bodywork, similiar to massage, but instead.... it moves all the stress out of you, so you can have more 'SPACE' in your heart and soul... the same space that others steal from you at work and cause you stress. It usually takes three sessions, in order for you to become "structurally integrated". This method will change your life. I hope you follow my advice. commenting on there tears and there sadness .. Nice to know Crying is not Taboo
Sometimes I cry for people who are too sick too even fight for there Life
do to pain '''disease ''and wounds of the flesh .. It is very unsettleing to know there is no cure and there is not much time for them especially if they do have the strength '
' or mentallity do to pain 'suffering and medication needed or given for the relentless pain .
there must be a way to become painless with out it affecting the mind >>>pain medicine >>>targeting > only the flesh ... the wounds /site !
I hope some new prevention ''research and technology will prevail .
After all We are human< and humans need there most valueable assets in a crisis to survive pain ''disease ''life threatening illness & inflictions .
Humans need there Power of the mind and there willingness to help themselves
even with just the simple things in everyday life and activities >>like feeding themselves ! Ability to Think and being alert !
