So, my apologies if this is redundant. I am not looking fo pity....I can handle what comes my way no problem.....just curious to what others are thinking.
After recieving a few PM's regarding my bluntness in these forums....I started wondering how many other women were recieving these kind of messages.
I have recieved PM's from men that think I am looking for a hookup.....
I have recieved PM's from men stating they would never go out with a woman "such as myself"
I have recieved PM's from women that love what I have to say
and I have recieved PM's from women telling me I am nothing but trash.
SO.......ladies......are u getting negative feedback because of your posts here?
Men....do you truly believe a woman is a "promiscuous slut"  because she is willing to be honest and straightforward in the discussions here? | |

I've received hate mail, requests for help, propositions and compliments from men and women. It amazed me how judgemental some can be... I just figure it's their loss for being so close minded and wasting so much energy on negativity.

I've gotten all of those same mails! Along with the "your such an a$$hole" ones!
I thank them for taking the time to share their thoughts with me!
I see that most of them are out of anger. They are pissed that they can't be as open and upfront about things! Their loss not ours! | |

Ive not gotten any emails calling me derogatory names, but ive gotten several wanting to meet for 'hook ups' because i 'sound' like id be a 'good time'. Uhhh,,,just because i am open, honest and opinionated about sexual topics doesnt mean i am going to just go out and f*ck just anyone! Shit, if hymens could grow back id have one! lol

I think that very open minded women are sometimes judge to harshly. If we don't talk about sex we have sexual issues if we talk about it too much then we must be sluts.
If someone wants to judge me for what I say in the sex and dating then I am probably much better off with out them anyway. Half of the people who aren't blunt and honest are the ones that have the issues not the ones that have no self confidence problems and can express themselves intellectually, sexually, and emotionally. JMO | |

But I don't talk about sex per se all that much; more on my right to have it, when I want and with whom I want. The amount of judgemental, people-hating sermonisers in this world..Do I care if they have sex? Well, they sure worry about me!
