We have a phaser 8400 laser printer at work that I use, and it's producing very blurry images. I've tried the various troubleshooting routines, but it's not helping. So far I have found an online manual that says it may be a problem with the drum or encoder, and to send it to a technician. Has anyone had this problem, and found it had to be sent in rather than something that can be fixed on site.
