Posted: 12/7/2008 1:45:40 PM | I had a wonderful time... even if it did take us 3 hrs to make a 1 hr trip!!! This was my second POF party and met several more wonderful people.  A few more and maybe I'll get to know everyone, although I don't know how many trips i'm going to be able to make to Memphis since I live 2 1/2 hrs away.  They sure are addictive. I can't wait till the next one that I can attend!!    | |

Posted: 12/7/2008 3:00:45 PM | I had a great time. Finally got to meet singlenhernando (Linda) and got caught up with girl chit chat. Lots of food and good company abounded last night. Sunset gazer outdid himself with the filet mignon wrapped with bacon appetizers. Way to go! We will expect those at every party from now on. Jeff told me where to find the micro suede shirt that he was wearing. Kathy was her usual vivacious self and worked to make everyone feel welcomed. This is a good group of folks. I know I'll definitely be at the Feb. party. Not sure about Jan. yet. That weekend is the first dog show of 2009 and its at Starkville (aka as Starchville) Miss.
Sorry that I had to leave early. I have a Plott hound pup that is sick and one American Foxhound that is extremely pregnant. It's never dull here.

You guys did a terrific job and thanks so much for the dances (that was for Jeff, LOL). Big kudos to whomever brought the gumbo - would love the recipe.
Was great to see old friends and meet new ones...we are a crazy bunch of people!!!! And nope...didn't get that sleep on the way home...wonder why.lol

Posted: 12/7/2008 4:11:30 PM | Pics are great.. I had such a great time and got a chance to make some friends.. Linda "singlenhernando" and met some others.. also got reaquanted with Frazier from ashland he was my first POF meet last year!! it was great to get to talk to him and we danced too..

Thanks for all the dances guys, I really did enjoy myself and it was nice to be among all the laughter, friendship, caring and love! This was definately something that I needed and I so enjoyed myself.
I even got up the nerve to ask the guys to dance and that was an accomplishment for me. LOL
