Posted: 1/21/2009 7:58:31 AM | Get your green clothes out. It is that time again! I love St Patty's Day cause it also is a sign that winter in nearly over. Let's get together in a new place this year.
Class Reunion Lounge

Blue Springs, MO 64014
Easy to find just off I-70 and 7 Hwy. Just take 7 Hwy exit and go north it is right there!
Time: 7:30 until close
I talked to the management and there going to waive the entrance fee for us!
Just tell them you are with POF
The only dress code it to be sure to keep it covered. (I did ask and that is what I was told)
The club has a DJ that plays music from the 50's all the way to current music. A diverse crowd. Any and all age range.
Hope to see a lot of you there and lots of new people too!

Posted: 1/21/2009 9:26:50 AM | Haven't been to Class Reunion in ages...are they smoke free yet? They had done some renovations making the seating area much smaller...and had gotten a lot of complaints from the 'regulars'....wondering if they've done anything different lately?
Used to LOVE that place...that's where I met my BODY GUARD !!!! | |

The Blue Springs City Council voted unanimously on February 4, 2008 to prohibit smoking at workplaces and restaurants. The ordinance, which will go into effect May 1, 2008, excludes bars, adult establishments with games such as pool halls, bowling alleys, and private clubs.

Posted: 1/22/2009 9:22:17 AM | I was there just before Christmas,it is a smokeing bar,and they took out some of the seating to put in a pool table area.The music is good there.Havent been there in years , so I stoped in to check it out.You will need to get there early to asure to get good seating.Hope to see all you green people there.   | |

(wonder what non-smokers did before all this. Just sit at home all the time?)

Posted: 1/24/2009 11:00:43 AM | Another good thing about the Class Reunion lounge is that is right next door, connected to, Joe Standard's Bar and Grill who also have a live band this weekend. It's some band I have never heard or heard of called X-Parte'. As a result, if you want to bounce back and forth you can  . It's nice to have that option to switch from DJ'd to live music and back. Therefore, check into the Class Reunion Lounge, ask around about it, and you'll find it's a well liked place. Not sure what the max capacity is? But anytime I have ever been there, the drinks have been good and reasonably priced, the music was great, and it brings in a good crowd . This is a good venue for those who like to dance and have a good time. | |

There are hotels in Blue Springs and surrounding areas if you want to bring some Joplinites with you! | |
