I heard a rumor that some folks are going to Funky Town this Saturday Night.

michael and charlene set that up but i hijacked it. (bad me)
openarms will be FIFTY on the 26th. I will bee FIFTY-FIVE on the 27th.
tara will be THIRTY-FIVE in the 2nd and mmgood will be 44 on the 3rd.
ssssssssssoooo we will have cake and eat it too saturday.

If you want to post alternatives go right ahead but I or anyone else is free to post other choices as well, including reminders about "official" events.
As for going the same place over and over, we go to these places because a good number of people turn out at them. If you want to do something else, be my guest, but quit whining! | |

Sunday I have youth group and it's my turn to bring "snupper" (snack/supper).

Tonight: shopping spree at hardware store, take out Mexican dinner, play solitaire on computer while listening to the peaceful sound of my phone not ringing & IM not buzzing.
Saturday: pay bills, then nothin'
Sunday: church, then nothin'
All weekend: catch up on studying -  , check cell several times a day to see that there are no missed calls...

Saturday, February 14: Dinner at Red Robin and then bowling at AMF with the Kansas City Singles Supper Club (a/k/a the Geriatric Group  ) through meetup.com.
Sunday, February 15: Church, then to the Lied Center in Lawrence for a multi-piano concert that my niece is playing in, then to dinner somewhere in Lawrence for my sister's birthday.
So I guess the boat/RV shows will have to wait until next weekend! | |
