Posted: 2/27/2009 8:29:14 AM | Hey everyone, I have just moved to Minnespolis , Minnesota. It is nice here but now that I am getting setteled the question of meeting new people comes in. I am starting school here in the fall so that is one thing. What advice could you offer to help me get to know new and great people?

It's a great way to meet others who share similar interests and, best of all, it's FREE!!! A few of the groups include the Indoor/Outdoor Recreation Group, The Monthly Pint, The Singles In the City, The Bi-Weekly Movie, Dining Out, etc., etc.

Posted: 5/25/2009 12:32:50 AM | | Jais - Meetup is definitely a good place to meet people. Try craigslist, too, in their activities and groups forum. Once school starts you will meet a ton of people, just be open minded and spirited and you'll have a grand time, the cities are really fun. | |
