Posted: 10/10/2004 9:57:26 AM | I did that only once, because this friend girl I was walking with, her name was Katrina, and I knew this Dutch nursery rhymn from childhood that I liked and it had a little doll in it called Katrina, so I sang it for her.
Well, wouldn't ya know it, I rocked her world with that! Even though we both had boyfriends, she came out to visit me and tried to pick me up, get me in my bedroom, blah blah blah. I wasn't interested in her in that way (and I loved my girlfriend too), so it was kinda like casting a spell you wish you hadn't! | |

Posted: 10/10/2004 6:30:51 PM | Actually, my husband used to sing to me all the time. When I was sick, he'd rock me and sing. When we sat hand in hand, he'd sing to me. He sang our babies to sleep, and they loved it. Mind you, he had a lovely tenor that was crisp and clear. He was my soul mate, and I miss him to this day.

Posted: 10/11/2004 2:02:41 PM | ... being a musician... i've sang to many women. And yes some love it and some don't. Problem is getting them to like you for you and not your music. I've had to learn that the hard way...and so don't usually do so until i know the attraction is beyond that.
Music is passion. Anyone woman or man who can sing or be passionate presents an attraction. I love when women sing to me. | |

I had one date where that's all the guy did. Not to mention that we were downtown, the cops told him he had to stop he continued, and they came around AGAIN and finally it was stopped after about 6 songs. Maybe this is me being weird, but I felt strange, what do I do, clap? sing alone? I didn't know. | |
