A 'full on pash' is not acceptable and classless and to be honest slutty!! IMO!

It may last more than just the one night, it may last forever!
so what is acceptable...
I just go with the flow and see what happens, read the situation, you can usually tell if your date wants sex. If you really like each other then don't try and pressure her into sex, you may scare her off. If the chemistry isn't there but you know she wants sex... why not!? | |

I gave him my number though and a date was arranged, I spent the whole evening undressing him with my eyes but enjoyed his company too. I let him walk me half way because I still couldn't trust myself. Third meet well I could withhold no longer, ended up marrying the bugger and the rest is history. Personally I don't think I would bed someone on a first date if I thought that the person was worth getting to know better however I see no harm in having the odd fling if that is what it is. This is how it works out for me but I'm sure it will be different for others. | |

That depends on what they want out of the relationship...
That's not to say that jumping straight into bed isn't perfectly capable of producing a healthy long term relationship, but it's generally accepted that it's not the 'accepted' or 'best' way of achieving it.

Another guy took me to lunch we shared a plate of food and I wanted his babies (well not exactly, but practising making babies would have been fun )

I met the LOML(SF) on a Wednesday and bedded him on Thurday (well, Friday if we're being techincal) our first proper date the weekend after ended up lasting 3 days, we went on and had a very satisfactory relationship.
However, I would reluctantly have to say that in general if you give it up too easily and too quickly, then that's it, its over.
Maybe it's down to technique?
On the other hand, after a period of celibacy, who cares? | |

Would make you think twice before ordering the rack of 'baby ribs'
Who wrote these bloody rules anyway? If I met someone I liked enough to sleep with I don't see why I have to wait till the 3rd date to do it.
