Well I understand why divorce is up and so many women are single, if that is even true.
It's because women today have no clue what they want, no honesty and think they are the cats meow. If they were they wouldn't be on POF now would they?

Yeah, it's actually that bad. They're not exaggerating, they're just being honest. I've messed people outside my area and they've sent me things back like: "Why do you care how I am? It's never gonna happen." Meanwhile, my uncle is from the same city as me, Thunder Bay, Ontario, and marries a girl from New York. | |

As I would not call them men but boys who have no respect or sensitivity to others. And if they do that to females then they probably do that in everyday life too. Which means that they don't really care about anybody. | |

The people who are avoided in society by other human beings but seem to think it's OK to act the same immature way online because its faceless. It's really annoying. Gives you a false first impression, a "cyberpression" which doesw not reflect their true nature.
Guess that's what I like about it and why I'm still here. Quite like the challenge! | |

This place can be the ideal forum for people who have social interaction problems, people with quirky or bizarre personalities, or individuals that society shuns perhaps in real life. This is only conjecture but from the horror stories that I hear, it may be more commonplace that we may think. We all assume people are being honest when they make their profile. Given the world today I fear that there may be more deceit than truth as people project what they want instead of what they are. Perhaps this is the reason why many forum members find so many weird, strange, liars, or crazies because here is where they freely congregate and find solace hiding behind a computer screen? Who knows how many profiles are bored 15 year olds pranking the masses or testing out their social skills impersonating people? We may never know. Something to think about. | |
