When I posted the truth of being an "average joe"--I got squat.
The women complain about the men--even while they wear low-cut tops while bending over to show off their chests--and say they're not looking for sex.
As someone might say, It's not you POF--it's the lying golddiggers and frigid teases!
I'm out of here to hang out in a bar and see if that's better or worse.  | |

Two were men posing as women, and I'm assuming the others were loons. 2 of them contacted me first, and when I asked them for a phone number, (and I even suggested they call me on a pay phone for safety, I got blocked) I'm quite certain had I talked to them, I'd a heard a BASS voice on the other end of the line, unless of course they'd had those operations........... Still others were ones I had contacted and I thought it was all ok, until they wrote and said they'd started a relationship with someone else, and was no longer looking online. kind of funny how their profiles are still up.
I read recently that there are pranksters out there who write people and want them to talk dirty to them and when they do they post what they write on public websites and on magazines. All of the other women I had written started talking dirty, then when I responded, they quit writing.
So dont feel too bad dude, you're not alone. It happens to more of us guys than you think. | |

Concerning the women who are Gold Diggers and Pretty Boy seekers,....oh yes, this sort of thing is rampant right now, unfortunately....and it's actually glorified in the Media and considered cute. Funny thing is,....these are the chicks who opt for those type of guys and wind up burned over and over. The decent girls who may be reading this are not the problem, (so please don't get angry here).
The faked profiles and game playing are indeed a problem and it's true,......it's not accurate to blame POF. ( I've done that myself ). I guess that it's part of the risk on a free site. And as far as some folks saying that the Pay Sites are a better alternative for everyone,....think again. Times are tough financially right now, so the Pay Sites have hired additional "ghost writers" to create even more faked profiles. Most of the major pay sites are under investigation for fraud for posting their OWN faked profiles anyway. Stealing and lying have become common place in the business world now,....and we all have seen it,....but these fakers are playing with people's feelings. As far as the individuals who are guys and are pretending to be women,....look dudes, do us all a big favor....just get a plane ticket, buy that dress you've been thinking about,......and move to San Francisco. Governor Schwarzenstreudel will pay the air fare! | |

Of course. How else would they be able to get disappointed (and abused) and return here to say that "all men are this and that", "I hate men because (one guy did this)"
They say that the guys are the ones seeking a "Barbie", but we aren't the ones that
judge by the photo. Look at just how many women say "you must have a picture to contact this user" compared to two-three years ago...it's immensly grown.
And as for chicks leaning over having their chest hang out in photos...
(and then saying on their profile "don't look at my tits")...THEN DONT

I came across one profile today that was a prime piece of mirth.
Her category (and username) listed that she was "BBW", but she stated that the guy better not be fat. She did not work, but informed the male readers that the guy better work..
And of course, you have the profiles that are merely "cam girls"..message them and you'll get a reply asking if you have msn. Add them to msn and "in order to see them, you need to have a credit card" and link you to their webcam site.
