I believe if given a choice between watching a woman swallow semen or spit it out, I prefer the former rather than the later. I think the swallowing indicates that the experience of giving head was an enjoyable one. The vision of a woman spitting cum from her mouth, is not an appealing sight. To me, it indicates that giving head was disdainful to her, and that she was not enthusiastic about what she was doing.
The deep throat issue is an entirely different matter. And deep throating versus swirlies and popsickle licks isn't a huge issue...especially if she has good hand technique to go with it.
