If you've been given the brush-off it's probably because they've decided that the sneak preview they've gotten is enough and don't want to go further. For whatever reason, they've decided they're not interested in taking things further. I'm a friendly sort and will chat with most people, but if I'm not interested in actually meeting you I let you know fairly quickly so as not to waste your time and to not lead you on. *shrugs* but that's just me. Then there are those who just want to have a little cyber fun. You take the good with the bad with internet dating. | |

Posted: 10/13/2004 11:31:08 AM | The only reason I even go to a forum of this type is because it is safe and I don't have to say anything about my personal life or respond to anyone who does not meet my critiria. I personally have had very nice experiences online. Not one person has been demeaning or nasty on this site. I have actually meet a person in person from this site and we hit it off great. The only thing bad was that he forgot to tell me he was married!!! Oh well, back to the fishing hole...there are still plenty of fish!!! | |
