Posted: 4/14/2009 11:41:36 PM | Not only have I not received any random messages from women, I haven't gotten a single reply to any messages I have sent out. I must be doing something wrong. I clicked on the link that shows who has checked out your profile and pages of women come up but not a single one has dicided to message me. Please review my profile and let me know what improvements I need to make.  | |

One thing that is really hurting you are the pictures. Not one of them shows your face close up. That's a red flag, so you should fix it asap.
That being said, this paragraph could be limiting you:
I'd like to find someone who is active and adventurous enough to hop on a bike and hit the trails, go to the mountain to snowboard, hike up a butte to get an awesome romantic view, yet also enjoys staying home and curling up in front of the fireplace watching movies and eating popcorn.
It's fine that you love to do these things. Great, actually. But you just limited yourself to mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking women. I don't personally know a ton of women who do these things, and I live in Northern Ontario where these sports are abundant. At least, I don't know a lot of women for whom this is a lifestyle, which is what it sounds like you are after.

Maybe you should give up snowboarding and come back to skiing... | |

Posted: 6/14/2009 7:24:20 PM | I reviewed your profile and the first thing I thought was this guy is a "super jock!" You are fit, athletic, outgoing, and love anything to do with sports, winter/summer activities, and this isn't a bad thing. Like the others have mentioned the types of gals that you will attract are girls who also are into sports and physical activities. I am sure there are plenty out there but they are just harder to find.
As for women checking you out but not sending you a note? I have also had several who have looked at me and not sent an introduction. I think people are basically curious and like to check people out and see what we've said on our profiles. It doesn't mean that they are interested, it's more like window shopping, lol. I do think one draw back about the profile pics when you are searching is that the pictures are so small and no age/location appears so you click on it and find yourself looking at a 28 year old or someone 20 years your junior or senior. Plenty of Fish really should fix that. It's happened to me a few times and I think to myself.... I wonder what they think! Yikes. | |
