And does it mean I'll actually do "it" just because I kissed him..no. Never did then either.

Do you even know what a real French kiss is? It sure isn't slobbery. It's French for a reason.
Because its slow and starts with soft kisses on the lips, that are savoured. And each partner reads the others body language. Fact is anyone who has been in France and have seen couples kissing along the waterways of Paris or rural areas, knows the kissing goes on for a long time.
The sex, if it goes there, is often hours later. And it makes Je voudrais me trouver à vos pieds et mourir dans des vos bras have meaning.
Sensual deep feeling kisses are a must for me. But like all things I guess it depends on how one was raised and where one has lived.

Sloppy, hmmm......that would not be my word for it. It is intensely sensuous in my book and enhances the whole sexual experience. It is pleasurable to kiss in a number of ways in if you are not going to take the experience to the bed.
It does not signal that you will do it, it is an indication of your attraction for one another, I would say. I do not kiss a man like that whom I am not interested in because it is more intimate than a closed-mouth kiss. | |

Have you never had a kiss like that just made you drag him off to bed? Girl, if you have not, it is not too late. It is very sensuous and done right, can be the most exciting thing.
I was raised that ladies wait until marriage for sex, I did not wait that long to sleep with the man who became my husband, but he was my one and only lover until two years after our divorce and I was over him enough to date again. Are you open to experimenting with a more open mind? I am not saying that you are not entitled to your beliefs, but I think it might be exciting for you to try and overcome your mental belief that it is gross. It could open a whole new level of intense of sexual pleasure for you. It has been my experience that men like kissing deeply and it enhances the pleasure for them as well. | |

First impulse but ........
After it soaked in some - I have no idea.
I can say this. At first I dated some and had ZERO urge to kiss at all ........ none. Even after they managed to get me naked - I still had no urge to kiss them.
I also stopped dating ...... too many gals were far far to .......... well - I stopped dating all together.
If (seems like a never will happen now) I ever do run across a real two way match ............ yup she might get her face licked (along with various other things).

I'd not actually linked French kissing as a preclude to doing 'It' before, but yupp, now that I think about it, they usually do go hand-in-hand -- possibly one reason why young impatient lads are always trying to walk their tongue down pretty girls' throats ?? But I don't recall French kissing being linked with the adjective 'slobbery'. I think a little muscle tone around the mouth muscles is necessary when kissing. You can relax from the neck down.

You know the kind, deep, probing, and invasive kinda kiss.
Then there are those who employ a gentle tongue action that leaves you wanting for more.\
As far as it being a prelude for sex, hmmm, not always. Some of the best kisses I have had led to nothing more than a good make-out session.
Bottom line, OP, french kissing, when done correctly, is a delight. Not always the preclude to intimacy. | |

I never really connected Frenching with 'doing the Deed'. Though, generally, by the time I get around to employing a bit of tongue in a Make Out Session, it could be heading in that direction.
And, don't always equate the sloppy 'facial' with the French Kiss, either. Wasn't there a scene in "Sex in the City" where one of the gals goes in for the good night kiss and gets her face licked instead? Hilarious!
There are some people that don't like to kiss AT ALL! Men and Women. I'm not one of them. Though sometimes a really good back scratch/rub could replace it, for ONE TIME....ONLY! HA! | |

but slobbery/wet kisses with lots of drool, or feeling like you're going to choke because the tongue's being pushed too far back like a fat slug... not appetizing...  | |

This is NOT something you should feel compelled to answer online but you certainly should be honest with yourself in the privacy of your own mind. Have you TRULY enjoyed physical intimacy in your lifetime? I just can't imagine entertaining such antiquated notions as French kissing being for teens or an indicator of whether a female will "do IT" with the exception of my mother whom my father described as "so frigid when she opens her legs a light comes on." And SHE thinks SHE is normal and everyone else needs psychological help. LOL!
If all you like is tight-lipped, dry kisses then don't expect to have much success with online dating or finding a partner for a LTR. I dunno... if you include in your profile that you don't appreciate physical affection but are seeking an activity partner with ED and an allergy to Viagra... | |
